AS-275 EVA foaming release agent is a high-temperature emulsified silicone mold release agent specially designed for EVA foam molding. It features excellent lubricity, anti-carbon buildup, and superior mold protection, making it ideal for EVA injection midsoles, outsoles, slippers, and other EVA foam products.

2. EVA Shoe Material Manufacturing:

   The production of EVA soles (including midsoles and outsoles) is often done using the injection foaming process, requiring the application of an EVA release agent inside the mold for efficient demolding.

 Usage Instructions

•    Dilute AS-275 with water at a ratio of 1:100–1:120 based on molding conditions.
•    Apply with a spray gun or mechanical spraying device to coat mold surfaces evenly.
•    Forms a uniform release film; no need to wipe
