Product Introduction

*This product is a special release agent for concrete, suitable for concrete products such as precast beam yards, pier columns, cover beams, bearing platform guardrails in housing construction, railway or expressway projects, as well as those in high-speed railways, highway bridges and tunnels, double T-slabs, saddle slabs, etc.

*Applicable molds: steel molds, wooden molds, aluminum molds.

This product is safe, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, anti-corrosive, anti-rust, and free from the safety hazards of inorganic diesel.

*After using this product for demolding, the surface of the concrete is uniform in color, smooth and has few bubbles.

*When using this product for demolding concrete products, the dilution ratio with water can reach 6-8 times, offering high cost performance.

Q1: What types of mold release agents are available?
  -  We offer water-based, oil-based and bio-based products. Water-based is eco-friendly, odorless, non-flammable and VOC-free, ideal for precast concrete and precision molds. Oil-based is cost-effective with strong release performance, for large rough molds like spun piles. Bio-based is biodegradable, complying with EU and North American environmental rules. Exporters to these regions should choose water-based or bio-based types.
Q2: Will they affect concrete surfaces or later finishes?
  -  Our quality water-based agents cause no fisheyes or delamination. For exposed concrete, our special colorless product is recommended with on-site photos for reference.
Q3: How long do they work? Resist high temperature and rain?
