Suitable for tire demolding such as forklift tires, engineering vehicle tires, and bicycle tires.

Usage Intructions

1.    Dilution ratio: Recommended 1:5 dilution with water. Shake the container thoroughly before use.
2.    Prepare a 1:5 diluted solution (e.g., 1kg of release agent with 5kg of water), stir evenly, and apply using a sprayer at a 40–50 cm distance. Apply a thin and even layer on the mold surface. Avoid over-spraying.
3.    Suggested spray nozzle: 0.5–1.0 mm diameter; air pressure: 30–40 PSI; liquid pressure: 5–10 PSI.

Construction Tips

1.    Clean rust and debris from the mold surface thoroughly and dry before applying the release agent for best results.
2.    Key usage guidelines:
o    Strictly follow dilution ratios and application quantities
o    Proper spray amount is critical
3.    Tip: After spraying, let it sit for several minutes before pouring rubber. A proper release layer will form, improving demolding performance and avoiding material residue or mold contamination.
