SY-31399  is designed for reIeasing isocyanate-bonded wood-based paneIs from the hot-press steeI beIt, preventing materiaI buiId-up and fouIing on the beIt surface.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Our modified water-based particleboard release agent has proven successful on rotary humidifiers. It prevents the usual issues— excess foam, bacterial growth, clogged lines--while delivering superior release and a smoother board surface. Applied via the rotary humidifier, it creates extra surface steam that speeds
heat transfer into the core, shortening hot-press time. It also stops resin and fiber build-up on the press plates or belts,
eliminating uneven surfaces and blockages that would otherwise slow the cycle.

METHODOFAPPLICATION
DiIute the reIease agent with water at  1 :  10, then spray onto the hot-press steeI beIt at 25–50 g/ m2. Fine-tune both diIution ratio and appIication rate through triaIs.

STORAGE AND HANDLING,METHODS
1. SheIf Iife: 12 months at 25 .C in a seaIed container; shorter at higher temperatures.
2. Packaging: 200 kg pIastic drum or  1,000 kg IBC tote.
