Application

Usage Instructions

Widely used in large-scale infrastructure precast concrete factories, especially for:
•    Precast columns and beams
•    Concrete pipes and utility tunnels
•    Retaining walls and culverts
•    Urban infrastructure panels and tracks

1.    Clean Mold Surface: Ensure the mold is dry and clean.
2.    Dilution: Mix AS-986-8 with clean water in a 1:13 to 1:15 ratio. Stir thoroughly until fully emulsified.
3.    Application: Spray evenly on the mold surface. Allow to dry slightly before pouring concrete. Adjust pressure as needed for uniform coverage.

Construction Tips

•    Spray at a distance of 50–60 cm using a pressure sprayer for optimal coating.
•    Do not overspray. Avoid pooling or repeated application to prevent barrier layers.
•    Always test on a small area before full-scale production.
•    One mold can be reused multiple times between sprays.
