Eco-Friendly Water-Based Release Agent Spray - Low-VOC & Odorless Demoulding for Precast Concrete Molds

AS-865 is ideal for big concrete PC and outdoor cast-in-place  components in construction. Such as housing, railway, and highway  projects, beam yards, piers, cap beams, pile caps, barriers, bridges, tunnels, double T pannels and saddle slabs.

1. Rainwater resistance

If molds are sprayed with diluted AS-865 and allowed to dry completely, placing them outdoors in the rain will not cause any adverse effects. No reapplication is needed after rain exposure.

Produces smooth, glossy surfaces free of pinholes, bubbles, or stains.

When using stainless steel formwork, AS-865 delivers a marble mirror like finishing on the surface of concrete products.
