Water-Based EVA Release Agent for Shoe Soles Single-Density Insoles

AOSILE AS-275 is a high-temperature emulsified silicone mold release agent specially designed for EVA foam molding. It features excellent lubricity, anti-carbon buildup, and superior mold protection, making it ideal for EVA injection midsoles, outsoles, slippers, and other EVA foam products.

Applications

1. EVA Foam Product Production: Widely used in large-scale foaming, small-scale foaming, continuous foaming, and IP injection molding.
2. EVA Shoe Material Manufacturing: The production of EVA soles (including midsoles and outsoles) is often done using the injection foaming process, requiring the application of an EVA release agent inside the mold for efficient demolding.
3. Plastic and Rubber Product Processing: EVA release agents are also suitable for demolding materials such as PE foam, rubber, plastic, and silicone.
4. Metal Die-Casting: Due to their high heat resistance and resistance to carbonization, EVA release agents are used in the die-casting process of non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum alloys).
5. Surface Care and Anti-fouling: Some EVA release agents (such as emulsions containing silicone oil and special surfactants) can be used for surface care of objects with high gloss, such as cleaning cars before waxing and anti-fouling treatment after washing.

 Method of Application

It can be diluted and sprayed on the surface of molds or machinery to form a heat-stable film on general molds. It is not easy to carbonize at high temperatures and will not accumulate on the surface of the mold. It will not change the natural color of products made of EVA, rubber, etc. It can be diluted 60~100 times with water.

Q1: Is your EVA sole release agent compliant with EU/US environmental standards?

Q2: What is the dilution ratio of the release agent?

A: Water-based type, dilution ratio is 1:100-120 (adjustable according to your EVA formula). 

Q3: Will it affect the secondary processing of EVA soles (painting, bonding, flocking)?
A: No. Our release agent has low residue and no oil feeling, which will not affect the adhesion of paint, glue and flocking, ensuring no paint peeling or degumming after secondary processing.

Q4: Can it adapt to high-temperature EVA foaming process?
A: Absolutely. It can withstand 160-180℃ (EVA molding temperature), with thermal decomposition temperature >200℃, no carbonization, no scaling or carbon deposition during continuous high-temperature production.
