AS-986 is specially designed for concrete slatted floor (manure board) demolding. It provides excellent separation between concrete and molds, resulting in smooth, clean surface finishes without pores, streaks, or residue. It enhances mold protection and extends service life.

•    Precast concrete components requiring clean surface and high durability

Usage Instructions

1.   Dilution Ratio: Mix with diesel at a ratio of 1:20–1:40 before use.

2.   Application Method: Spray evenly onto the cleaned mold surface using spray gun or brush. Wait for surface drying before pouring concrete.

3.   Best Practice: Avoid excessive application to prevent mold buildup and loss of definition.
