AS-865 is ideal for big concrete PC and outdoor cast-in-place  components in construction. Such as housing, railway, and highway  projects, beam yards, piers, cap beams, pile caps, barriers, bridges, tunnels, double T pannels and saddle slabs.

1. Very Good rainwater resistance: If molds are sprayed with diluted AS-865 and allowed to dry completely, placing them outdoors in the rain will not cause any adverse effects. No reapplication is needed after rain exposure.
2.High defoaming:  AS-865 makes the surface of concrete products minimal blowholes.
3.Mable finishing:  When using stainless steel formwork, AS-865 delivers a marble mirror like finishing on the surface of concrete products.

4. Excellent Release Power: Strong separation ability prevents sticking, ensuring clean demolding.

1. Scope: buildings, railways, and highways constructions,water conservancy projects.
2. Products: Bridges, beams, columns, slabs, caps, guardrails, high-speed rails, and bridge tunnels,gutterway,culvert, walls.

Usage Instructions
1.    Dilution Ratios:
 Aluminum/timber mold: 1:15         Stainless Steel mold: 1:18
2.    Example (Steel mold):
Mix 1 part release agent with 18 parts water. Pour into a sprayer and stir evenly. Spray onto mold surface, ensuring even coverage. After spraying and a short wait (10–30 minutes), proceed with concrete pouring. If surface powdering occurs, increase dilution ratio to 1:19 for better results.
