AS-986-8 is is a specialized release oil for any shape concrete precast components, suitable for ecological boxes, housing, railway, or highway projects, such as double-T slabs, beam yards, piers, capping beams,bearing platforms, guardrails, bridges, tunnels, saddle plates, and "twisted king" -shape blocks

Application&Usage Instructions

Application

Step 1: Clean the mold thoroughly.

Step2: Take one scoop of AS-986-8 release-agent concentrate and add 8– 12 scoops of tap water, then stir until homogeneous. The golden-yellow concentrate turns milk-white once diluted.

Step3: Pour the prepared dilution into a high-pressure spray gun; set the atomization to the finest, most dispersed mist possible (for irregular molds, increase the spray slightly and set the pressure to maximum).

Usage Instructions

1. Key: Hold nozzle 50–60 cm away, one fast pass, thin film; dry in 2–3 min, looks bare—do NOT re-spray.Invisible barrier, not oil lube.

2. Let the release agent dry, pour concrete, demold as usual.

Warm tips: Run repeated trials on the same mold to fine-tune spray volume before full-scale production.

•    Storage: Keep in a cool, ventilated, dry place. Avoid freezing or direct sunlight.
