This enables more uniform distribution of AS-8613 within the EVA continuous phase, constructing a synergistic network of "elastomer toughening + hard segment reinforcement."
2. Tear Resistance Enhancement Mechanism:
AS-8613's flexible segments absorb tear energy and inhibit crack propagation, while its rigid segment groups enhance interfacial bonding strength. By improving compatibility, tear forces struggle to breach phase interfaces, transforming material failure from "brittle tearing" to "ductile tearing."
