AS-8655 is a high-performance release agent specially developed for precast concrete applications in infrastructure projects such as highways and high-speed railways. It provides excellent demolding performance, smooth surface finishes, and high cost-effectiveness.
•    Suitable for use on concrete structures such as bridge caps, columns, decks, hangers, and cast-in-place components.
•    Applicable to steel molds, aluminum molds, and wood molds.
•    Safe and eco-friendly: non-toxic, non-corrosive, diesel-free formula with enhanced safety.
•    Ensures even surface tone, high gloss, and minimal air bubbles after demolding.
•    High dilution ratio of 1:15 to 1:20, making it highly economical.
•    Packaging: 20kg per drum.

Usage Instructions

•    Dilution Ratio: Mix 1 part AS-8655 with 15 parts water (1:15). Stir well before use.
•    Use a sprayer to apply evenly onto the mold surface. Avoid over-spraying or saturating the mold.
•    Allow the mold to dry completely before pouring concrete.

Construction Tips

1.    Strictly follow the recommended dilution ratio. Do not overspray or apply on wet molds.
2.    Ensure the release agent is fully dry before pouring concrete.
3.    If powder residue is observed after demolding, check spray quantity and mold preparation process.
4.    For better results, photograph mold surface after spraying for quality verification.
