AS-1355 Bridge Mold Release Agent is a premium water-based release agent specially formulated for concrete products such as bridge beams, tunnel linings, high-speed rail components, and highway guardrails. It ensures smooth demolding, bright surfaces, and high production efficiency.

Usage Instructions
1.    Clean the mold surface thoroughly before applying the release agent.
2.    Mix the product with water (1:6–1:8) depending on application.
3.    Apply with spray gun, brush, or roller evenly over the mold.
4.    Let it dry briefly before pouring concrete.

Application Warm Reminder

1. Most important: Please do use a sprayer to apply the release agent — the thinner the film, the better. Spray only until a very thin film forms on the mold. Do not spray so much that droplets become visible. Do not use a brush or towel to apply the diluted agent.

2. Always dilute before use. Prepare only the amount you need
 
3.Winter use note: When temperature is low in winter, add 2 parts of boiled hot water (approximately 80-100 degrees) to the AS-1355. After mixing well, add 4 parts of cold water.
