AS-5915-1 is a professional water-based tire mold release agent specially developed for rubber tire vulcanization production. The product is milky white neutral liquid, non-toxic and environmentally safe, no harmful substances inside. It forms an invisible isolation film on mold surface after spraying & drying, realizing easy tire demolding.

It has stable dilution performance, low rubber adhesion, no corrosion or rust damage to steel tire molds. After demolding, tire surface is flat, smooth and flawless, effectively reducing bubble and surface defect rate in mass tire production. Widely used for car tires, motorcycle tires, engineering vehicle tires and all kinds of rubber molded products.

Method of Application

Dilution Standard: Mix original agent with water at ratio 1:10~20 (1kg release agent matched with 10kg clean water). Shake the sealed bucket upside down fully before dilution for even mixing.

Spraying Operation: Stir diluted mixture gently; spray onto clean mold surface with spray gun, keep 40-50cm distance from mold. Apply thin & uniform atomized coating only. Over-spray will slow drying speed. Less coating brings faster drying effect.

Recommended Spraying Equipment:

• Nozzle Caliber: 0.5–1.0mm
• Air Pressure: 30–40 PSI
• Liquid Pressure: 5–10 PSI

Production Process: Wait several minutes until the coating fully dry, then proceed with rubber tire vulcanization. A transparent invisible isolation film is formed on mold surface after drying, which provides perfect separation effect.

Construction Attention

1. Pre-clean mold thoroughly before spraying: Polish and remove all rust spots on molds to maximize demolding effect.

2. Strictly follow the 1:5 dilution ratio and thin coating spraying standard; thin uniform spray is the core key to good performance.

3. Do not spray excess agent on molds, heavy coating will cause residual film and tire surface defects.

4. Store the original liquid bucket in sealed, cool & ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight.
