SY-31399 is water-based release agent for particleboard manufacturing, which has been successfully applied to rotary disk humidifiers. This type of machine provides uniform moisture coverage on slab surfaces, but common issues include excessive foam, bacterial growth, and pipe clogging. The SY-31399 not only effectively avoids these problems but also offers excellent release performance and improves the surface quality of the boards. By using the rotary disk humidifier, an additional layer of steam is generated on the surface, promoting rapid heat transfer to the interior of the board, which helps shorten the hot-pressing time. Furthermore, it prevents the accumulation of resin or fiber materials on the press molds or belts, which could otherwise cause unevenness on the pressed surface and act as obstructions that delay the pressing process.

Application&Usage Instructions

Application

SY-31399 is designed for the release of boards from the steel belts of hot presses during the production of isocyanate-adhesive-based wood-based panels, effectively preventing material buildup and scaling on the press belt surfaces.

Usage Instructions:

SY-31399 should first be diluted with water at a recommended ratio of 1:10. It is then sprayed onto the steel belt of the hot press, with an application rate of 25–50 grams per square meter. 
 The actual dilution ratio and usage amount should be determined through testing.

Packaging & Storage

Package: Pack in drums, availabe for 20/drum, 200kg/drum, 1000kg/drum

Storage:  Keep in a sealed container in a cool, ventilated, dry place. Avoid freezing or direct sunlight.
