AOSILE AS-8677 is a professional mold release agent designed specifically for concrete applications such as bridge beams, tunnels, and high-speed railway projects.
It is ideal for use with secondary linings in tunnel construction and other large concrete structures.

•    Safe and eco-friendly: non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, free from mineral oil risks.
•    Provides a smooth, glossy, and uniform finish with fewer air bubbles.
•    High dilution rate: Can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:20–30, offering excellent cost-efficiency.
•    Packaging: 20kg per drum.

Usage Instructions

1.    Dilute the product with water at a ratio of 1:20 (1kg agent + 20kg water), mix evenly.
2.    Apply the diluted solution using a sprayer, covering the inner sides of the tunnel trolley evenly. Ensure full surface coverage.
3.    After spraying, allow it to dry before pouring concrete. Avoid moving the trolley immediately after spraying.
4.    If white powder or a rough surface appears after stripping, adjust the dilution ratio (e.g., reduce to 1:22) until the surface appears clean and shiny.

Construction Tips

1.    Dilution ratio must be followed strictly. Do not over-spray or spray on a wet surface.
2.    Ensure the release agent dries fully before pouring concrete.
3.    Apply during clean and dry mold conditions, ensuring no contamination or water on the surface.
4.    For best results, inspect tunnel linings frequently to ensure no powder remains on the mold before reuse.
