•    Suitable for precast PC walls, panels, columns, and decorative concrete components.
•    Frequently used in PC factories, prefab construction plants, and high-efficiency production lines.

Usage Intructions

1.    Dilution Ratio: Dilute at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:15 with water. Shake well before use.
2.    Preparation: Mix 1 kg of concentrate with 10 kg of water (1:10). Use a sprayer to apply a thin, even layer at a distance of 40–50 cm from the mold surface.
3.    Dry Time: Allow to dry for 5–10 minutes. Ensure there is no excess. If powder appears, increase the dilution ratio (e.g., 1:11 or 1:12) until no residue remains.

Construction Tips

1.    Before spraying, ensure the mold surface is clean, free of concrete residues, rust, or debris.
2.    Follow dilution and dosage instructions strictly.
3.    Always apply release agent before pouring concrete.
4.    Use a brush or cloth to evenly coat difficult areas.
5.    Reapply if mold boards are exposed to rain or rinsing before pouring concrete.
