• After demolding, the concrete surface color is uniform, smooth, and bubble-free.
• The dilution ratio with water for precast concrete demolding is up to 6–8 times, offering high cost-efficiency.
• Specification: Net weight 20 kg/barrel.
• pH Value: Neutral (7–8)
• Storage Stability: Stable emulsion, ready-to-use
• Demolding Effect: Easy release, smooth and complete concrete surfaces
• Adhesion on base material: ≤3.0g/m²
• Corrosiveness: None on mold surfaces
• Water Resistance: Good resistance to rain rinsing
2. Mixing example: Mix 1 kg of release agent with 6–8 kg of water. Shake evenly before spraying.
3. Spray evenly: Use a spray gun at 40–50 cm distance. A thin, even layer is sufficient. Avoid over-spraying or missed spots.
4. After spraying: Wait about 10 minutes to allow bonding before casting concrete.
5. Inspection: If demolded parts show powder marks, reduce water dilution ratio (e.g. 1:7 → 1:6) to restore smoothness and brightness.
6. Note: Always ensure the mold surface is dry before pouring concrete
2. Strictly follow recommended dilution ratio and spray amount to avoid insufficient coating or waste.
3. Ensure proper drying time after spraying before casting.
4. Friendly Tip: After demolding, if the mold surface appears uncoated, it may indicate insufficient spraying. A video or photo inspection is recommended for better adjustment and traceability.
